I hope you had a great weekend, and if you’re in the
U.S., I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, as well.

I’m glad I had the opportunity to spend time with my
moms (yes, I have 2…my grandmother & birth mother),
as well as spend time with my other family members, whom
I only get to see a few times a year, due to living in different
cities, and my crazy travel schedule.

The one thing I miss most is my mom’s cooking. She’s old
school, and believes in cooking everything from scratch.

Man, I tell you, it’s really tempting and easy to get carried
away with eating her cooking.

I’m sure you can relate. However, the reality is, once the
holiday is over….the holiday is OVER, and now it’s time to
get back to training.

As you may have heard, most people gain the most fat, during
the last few weeks of the year. However, I know the warriors
of the New Warrior Nation, such as yourself, are not trying to
be a part of that crowd.

Why wait for January 1, when you can start kicking those
calories in the butt, right now, right?

One of my favorite tools to administer this butt-kicking is
the Russian Kettlebell. I know a lot of my New Warrior
Nation members love using the kettlebell, as well, due to
how it helps you get a full body workout in, burns a ton of
fat, gets you stronger and more flexible, all in a short amount
of time.

However, nothing sucks more than trying to learn how to use
a kettlebell, or a new kettlebell exercise, and not make any
progress, or feel that you just cannot master a certain kettlebell
move correctly.

I understand, and I want to help you out. I love kettlebells,
and am doing my part to make sure as many of my New
Warriors have the opportunity to benefit from them, like
I have.
