The New Warrior “Hangover” Training Cure – Happy 2011!

Happy New Year, my fellow New Warriors. 2010 was awesome; however, I feel 2011 will be much bigger! Thank you for supporting this blog, my facebook fan page (http://facebook.com/peoplesfitcoach), my classes and workshops, products and events, during the past year.

I promise to continue to bring you the best, unfiltered info to help you live the healthy life you deserve, as well as help you live each day like a “New Warrior!” As I know many of us like to say goodbye to the previous year with a few libations, we may wake up to find ourselves not starting the new year, feeling our best.

In fact, if you woke up with a hangover? No worries. Here’s how you can start making that pounding bass drum inside your skull, become a part of the past, just like the outgoing year, that inspired your inebriated well-wishes for 2010.

Rehydrate w/coconut water, eat, and avoid aspirin (it’ll only upset your stomach), & get some rest.

Once the headache is gone, drink more coconut water (I like Vita-coco‘s brand), get some “light” exercise done (a 30 min walk or some bodyweight exercises [see http://ultimatebodyweightdvd.com for suggestions]), drink more coconut water, eat a light meal…rest!
