Here’s a workout for fat loss, using 4 exercises you can do anywhere, anytime. The bonus….the only equipment you need is a jump rope.
By performing these 4 exercises, back-to-back without rest, you will ramp up your metabolism, cardio, save time, & enhance strength & flexibility.

Super set the following 2 exercises. You will perform both exercises, one right after the other, as many rounds as possible, in 20 minutes. Remain hydrated, and take the time to walk around for about 5-10 minutes after the workout, in order to reduce soreness in the legs.

This workout is excellent for fat loss, and combines kettlebell exercises with my favorite fat-burning tool, the jump rope. Perform each exercise back to back. Take brief breaks to re-hydrate. There’s nothing better than getting up and training during a Houston mid-morning, while there is no sun & humidity. Trust me, for that to happen in July, is asking for a lot.
