		<description>Hey Sincere, that workouts sounds awesome... i&#039;m definitely adding this to my holiday regimine! One of my holiday bulge beating workouts is called the &#039;Double-Double&#039; using a spare tire, a jumprope, and my gymboss.  Each rotation is done twice in succession with a minute break before proceeding to the next rotation:

Rotation 1
1-min Burpees w/ the tire
1-min Jumprope

~Break~
Rotation 2
1-min Decline Pushups on the tire
1-min Jumprope

~Break~
Rotation 3
1-min Squat and Press w/ the tire
1-min Jumprope

~Break~
Rotation 4
1-min Crunches w/ the tire
1-min Jumprope

I also plan to do a post-Christmas raw (fast) to the new year.  Thanks for sharing, and keep up the great work!</description>
