About Sincere Hogan’s New Warrior Intro To Kettlebell Training
If you want results quick, kettlebell training is for you! Kettlebells are solid cast iron balls with handles that work your entire body as you go through dynamic kettlebell exercises. Instead of isolating single muscles or single muscle groups, kettlebell training delivers full-body fitness.
In this ongoing 6 week series of intensive 45 minute classes you will:
* Learn joint mobility drills that rehabilitate injury, restore ranges of motion to restricted areas, and create strong, healthy connective tissue.
* Learn the correct execution of the most common and fundamental bodyweight exercises.
* Apply sound body mechanics to kettlebell preparatory lifts, running and other athletic movement
