  • That’s what I do. The k-bells and the string flipping! Then a bit of boxing, tabata squats and I’m done for the day after 20 minutes.

    There’s still a bit of work I need to do pitching the routine and ordering it.

    All I need now is to be able to do a few pull ups and maybe throw in some dead lifts or jerks….and I’ll be happy.
